NADRA Pakistan is seeking a motivated and analytical professional for the position of Deputy Assistant Director (Research & Development) on a contractual basis. The role involves research support, academic coordination, report writing, and stakeholder engagement within a dynamic and professional environment.
Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in any of the following or equivalent disciplines:
Management Sciences
Business Administration
Public Administration
Information Technology
Computer Science
Statistics
Master’s degree with research experience will be preferred
Degrees must be recognized and attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC)
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Prior experience in research or academic environments will be an added advantage
Strong research, analytical, and professional writing skills
Experience in academic or research administration and report writing
Ability to organize and facilitate events while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent coordination, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills
Capability to identify and mobilize local and regional resources and talent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and digital collaboration tools
Appointment will be on a contract basis with a 6-month probation period (extendable if required).
NADRA reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.

Submission of false or misleading information will result in disqualification.
Applicants currently serving in Government or Semi-Government organizations must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of application.
Five (5) years age relaxation is already included in the prescribed age limit.
Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview.
Attested degrees from HEC or relevant regulatory bodies must be presented at the time of interview.
Females, minorities, transgender persons, and differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
Use of electronic gadgets including mobile phones and smart watches will not be allowed during test or interview.
