Role Overview

Nestlé Pakistan is seeking an experienced Corporate Planning Manager – Finance & Control to lead and manage end-to-end financial planning processes across the market. This role is critical in ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of all planning cycles while providing management with transparent insights on risks, opportunities, and financial forecasts.

The incumbent will play a key role in driving standardized planning practices, strengthening financial governance, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure robust, consistent financial planning processes with clear visibility on forecasts, gaps, risks, and opportunities

• Drive execution, consolidation, and reporting of all major planning cycles, including:

  • Market Business Strategy (MBS)

  • Integrated Operational Planning (IOPL)

  • Annual Resource Allocation

  • Dynamic Forecasts (DF)

• Implement and maintain standardized financial planning tools and templates across the market

• Ensure timely and accurate management reporting, including monthly management letters, DF commentary, and teleconference updates

• Support local management presentations and facilitate requirements for international visitors and stakeholders

• Provide base financial forecasts and macro-economic assumptions within agreed timelines

• Ensure full compliance with WHO code requirements and all applicable local regulations

Experience & Qualifications

• Professional qualification: CA / ACMA / ACCA / MBA (Finance)

• 5–7 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Control (FMCG experience preferred)

• Strong background in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis

• Proficiency in English (local market language is an advantage)

Knowledge & Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of Nestlé planning principles, processes, and KPI framework

• Working knowledge of GLOBE – FICO systems

• Solid understanding of accounting standards (NAS, Nestlé Standards, costing)

• Good commercial acumen with understanding of product portfolios, KPIs, and go-to-market strategies

• Strong knowledge of internal controls, governance, and compliance
