Division: Government & Corporate Sales Central
Zong 4G Pakistan is seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager – Cloud Sales to drive growth in Government and Corporate sectors. The role focuses on promoting CMPak’s Cloud & Data Center solutions, building strong client relationships, and exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate combines techno-commercial expertise with a deep understanding of ICT solutions and a proven record in B2B/B2G sales.
This role also involves leading a high-performing sales team, forging strategic partnerships, and identifying new revenue opportunities in cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, and enterprise networking.
Identify and engage new business prospects across industry verticals.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and market analysis.
Promote CMPak’s Cloud & Data Center solutions to consistently achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with product and support teams to align strategies with client needs.
Conduct in-depth client needs assessments and propose tailored technology solutions.
Lead upselling and cross-selling initiatives for ICT solutions.
Establish strategic partnerships with vendors and industry stakeholders.
Manage high-value deals, contract negotiations, and tender/RFP submissions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client requirements.
Mentor and guide the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering, IT/Computer Science, Business, or related field.
Experience:
4–5 years of relevant work experience in ICT sales, cloud solutions, or system integration.
Skills – Generic:
Strong adaptability and flexibility in a corporate environment.
Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell ICT solutions.
Expertise in strategic partnerships and vendor management.
Excellent negotiation, contract management, and project management skills.
Experience handling large B2B and B2G accounts.
Familiarity with CRM tools, sales analytics, and digital marketing for ICT sales.
Skills – Job Specific:
Strong techno-commercial acumen with expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Huawei, SAP, SaaS, PaaS, Google Cloud, Salesforce).
Prior experience in sales within system integration, OEM, or technology industry preferred.
Proficiency in tender/RFP management, technical & financial proposal submission, and bidding.
Hands-on experience in presales, in-sales, and post-sales activities for cloud operations.
Ability to design and deliver enterprise cloud-based solutions including infrastructure, security, and SaaS/PaaS services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Fast learner with a passion for solving client challenges and exceeding sales targets.
