Job Description

Department: Human Resources

Position Purpose:
Act as a strategic and operational bridge between consultancy teams, client stakeholders, and central HR, ensuring effective people management, client alignment, and delivery of HR initiatives in offshore environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for offshore teams across multiple clients.

  • Align HR strategies with business and client requirements.

  • Address employee relations issues impacting performance or client satisfaction.

  • Drive engagement initiatives to enhance morale, retention, and productivity.

  • Manage employee grievances and HR queries promptly.

  • Support workforce planning, hiring coordination, onboarding, and induction.

  • Assist in performance management, goal setting, feedback, and PIPs.

  • Identify development needs and support L&D, capability building, and succession planning.

  • Track and report HR metrics (attrition, attendance, performance trends, hiring progress).

  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

  • Act as liaison for payroll, benefits, systems, and documentation.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and support audits, client reviews, and reporting.

  • Support change management and foster a positive, inclusive, high-performance culture.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • MBA / BBA in HR from an HEC-recognized university.

  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in consulting, IT services, BPO, or offshore delivery environments.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of HR Business Partner model and offshore service environments.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Stakeholder and client management expertise.

  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • High level of confidentiality and professional judgment.

  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Comfortable in client-driven, fast-paced environments.

  • Availability to work from 12 p.m. to 09 p.m.
