About the Program

The Nestlé Youth Ambassador Program (YAP) 2026 is a year-long leadership and brand engagement initiative designed to empower university students across Pakistan. As a Youth Ambassador, you will serve as the official representative of Nestlé on your campus, driving awareness, engagement, and participation in Nestlé’s youth-focused programs.

Youth Ambassadors play a key role in executing on-ground and digital initiatives, strengthening Nestlé’s presence within universities, and creating meaningful impact through collaboration, creativity, and leadership.

This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on brand experience, develop professional skills, and become part of Nestlé’s future talent ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Nestlé and its youth initiatives across university campuses

• Lead and execute student engagement activities and awareness campaigns

• Support the rollout of Nestlé programs, events, and activations

• Drive participation through on-campus engagement and digital platforms

• Collaborate with student societies, clubs, and university administration

• Promote Nestlé initiatives through social media and storytelling

• Act as a brand ambassador ensuring strong visibility and positive impact

Eligibility Criteria

Ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Currently enrolled 2nd or 3rd year university students (any discipline)

• Strong communication, storytelling, and influencing skills

• Active involvement in student societies, clubs, or campus initiatives

• Solid social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok preferred)

• Passionate about leadership, creativity, and collaboration

• Enthusiastic about representing Nestlé and its brands

• Confident in coordinating with student bodies and event organizers

• Ability to balance academic commitments with program responsibilities

• Eager to learn, grow, and gain real-world brand experience
