Manage system approval workflows, CRO giveaways, weekly calendars, and special assignments as assigned by the CRO.
Coordinate, compile, and prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports for CAD and Chief-level meetings, including MoAMs, action items, and follow-ups.
Track official correspondence and ensure timely follow-up on instructions issued by the CRO, ensuring adherence to defined timelines.
Maintain and manage internal and external meeting calendars on weekly and monthly bases for effective scheduling and coordination.
Handle end-to-end meeting management, including minute-taking (MoM), circulation to relevant stakeholders, and coordination of feedback with concerned departments.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Administrative Sciences or a related discipline.
4–6 years of relevant experience in administrative operations or executive coordination roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.
Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
Proven ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Experience in corporate event management.
Strong problem-solving capabilities.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Adequate knowledge of analytical tools and techniques.
Understanding of and experience with ERP systems (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Good understanding of the telecommunication industry, including local market opportunities and challenges.
