Jadeed Group is looking for a motivated and performance-driven Territory Sales Officer to strengthen its sales operations in Bahawalpur. The role requires strong field execution, distributor coordination, and proven experience in achieving sales targets—preferably within the edible oil sector.
Achieve assigned monthly primary and secondary sales targets, ensuring full quarterly and annual target accomplishment.
Plan and execute effective sales routes with the distribution sales team to ensure maximum market coverage.
Monitor and control market credit, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Design and implement marketing and trade promotion activities in coordination with distributors.
Engage directly with retailers and end users to gather product feedback and identify market-level issues.
Report market trends, competitor movements, and sales performance to the Area Sales Manager on a regular basis.
Maintain strong customer, product, and competitor knowledge.
Demonstrate a proactive, quick-learning, and result-oriented sales approach.
3–5 years of experience as a Territory Sales Officer, preferably in the Edible Oil Industry.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
