Lab Analyst – Soil Science & Bio-Products (Agri Laboratory) – Jadeed Group of Companies

Jadeed Group of Companies is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Analyst – Soil Science & Bio-Products to join its agricultural laboratory in Khanewal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for soil analysis, bio-product evaluation, and preparation of technical reports to support agronomic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and advanced soil testing, including pH, EC, organic matter, available N/P/K, and micronutrients (Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn, B)

• Interpret soil test results and prepare accurate technical and agronomic recommendation reports

• Analyze and evaluate bio-fertilizers, compost, organic amendments, microbial and enzyme-based agricultural products

• Ensure testing is performed in compliance with approved analytical methods and laboratory SOPs

• Maintain calibration, validation, and proper use of laboratory equipment

• Keep detailed records, logbooks, and test documentation

• Coordinate with field, agronomy, and production teams for technical support and data interpretation

• Ensure implementation of laboratory safety, hygiene, and quality assurance standards

Qualification & Skills

• M.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture (Soil Science) from an HEC-recognized university

• 2–4 years of practical experience in an agricultural testing laboratory

• Strong hands-on experience in soil analysis and bio-product evaluation

• Experience with bio-fertilizers, organic amendments, microbial inoculants, or bio-stimulants will be highly preferred

• Additional certification or training in bio-fertilizers, bio-stimulants, or microbial products will be an advantage
