Division: Commercial Planning & BS Central B
Support Marketing and Network Planning activities for the Central B Region, ensuring effective product performance, network expansion, and actionable insights for the sales and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor subscriber KPIs, identify areas of improvement, and recommend actionable solutions.
Track new product performance and assist in identifying new products for launch.
Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to support sales teams.
Develop reports and alerts to manage performance for newly launched products.
Plan and execute network coverage expansion in line with business and segment strategies.
Conduct all necessary analysis for bids preparation from a commercial perspective (e.g., USF Lots).
Analyze deployed sites, including On-Air sites, for operational performance.
Evaluate commercial KPIs at city, district, and site levels.
Coordinate daily with Regional CPBS and Technical HQ teams to ensure network availability.
Conduct market visits to identify potential areas for expansion and audit operational sites.
Identify highest ROI locations and conduct post-launch performance analysis of new sites.
Prepare weekly and monthly regional performance reports.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Management from a reputable university.
Experience:
2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Skills – Generic:
Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
Excellent presentation and analytical abilities.
Skills – Job Specific:
Advanced Microsoft Excel, SQL, and database management.
Experience with GIS tools such as MapInfo or Global Mapper.
Knowledge of business intelligence and effective data utilization.
Project management, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
