Vital Petroleum is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager Retail Sales to lead and expand its retail fuel and lubricants business. The role requires strategic planning, strong analytical skills, and hands-on operational leadership to drive sales growth and market expansion.
Develop and implement effective retail sales strategies to increase sales volume and market share.
Monitor, analyze, and report sales trends to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
Oversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
Prepare and execute annual business plans aligned with organizational objectives.
Identify and develop potential fuel pockets to enhance retail network performance.
Achieve assigned sales targets for fuel products (High Speed Diesel & Premier Motor Gasoline) and lubricants.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sales and operational initiatives.
Strong understanding of retail fuel operations and OMC market dynamics
Proven leadership and team management abilities
Excellent analytical, planning, and execution skills
