Job Overview

Vital Petroleum is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager Retail Sales to lead and expand its retail fuel and lubricants business. The role requires strategic planning, strong analytical skills, and hands-on operational leadership to drive sales growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective retail sales strategies to increase sales volume and market share.

• Monitor, analyze, and report sales trends to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.

• Oversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory standards.

• Prepare and execute annual business plans aligned with organizational objectives.

• Identify and develop potential fuel pockets to enhance retail network performance.

• Achieve assigned sales targets for fuel products (High Speed Diesel & Premier Motor Gasoline) and lubricants.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sales and operational initiatives.
