The Grid Manager will be responsible for driving all key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Sales, Revenue, Business Development, Mobile Broadband, Trade Visibility, Channel Development, and Cell Site Utilization within the assigned grid.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Drive revenue growth for 3G and 4G services, including handset sales, by opening new smartphone shops and improving performance of existing retailers.
Ensure achievement of gross adds (3G/4G), channel expansion (SIM selling, MNP, VAS, MBB, ECATs, Postpaid), and identify high-potential areas for growth.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely placement of purchase orders by franchisees.
Customer Service & Experience:
Manage end-to-end customer complaints, monitor CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index), and ensure quality assurance at franchise locations.
Maintain superior customer experience across the grid.
Visibility & Trade Marketing:
Coordinate trade marketing activities, BTL initiatives, trade promotions, market splash, brand visibility, and channel awareness.
Support business development and special events in the territory.
Planning & Strategy:
Identify untapped areas and guide teams to expand retail penetration.
Assist BDOs with sales route planning and prepare daily/weekly/monthly forecasts for SIMs, scratch cards, mini load, and recharge.
Collaborate with the Regional Sales Head to plan localized sales promotions in areas of low performance or network utilization.
Team Management & Supervision:
Ensure staff and retailers are fully trained on company products and SOPs.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor stock availability and channel performance.
Keep channel partners updated on company developments, trade promotions, and targets.
Merchandising & Business Development:
Ensure proper availability of POS materials at all outlets.
Collaborate with Marketing and Channel teams for BTL activities, trade promotions, and business expansion.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum)
Experience:
2–3 years of relevant experience preferred
