Assistant Manager Preventive Maintenance – Mechanical – Bestway Cement Limited

Position Purpose

Ensure optimization of Preventive Maintenance activities through regular inspection and trend analysis for cost-efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled inspections of all assigned areas.

• Follow up and execute pending Preventive Maintenance activities, submitting timely reports.

• Monitor critical equipment by recording temperature and vibration readings weekly; report any abnormalities for corrective action.

• Analyze causes of equipment breakdowns or damages and recommend corrective measures to the Incharge Preventive Maintenance.

• Report any operational abnormalities to the concerned department and Incharge Preventive Maintenance.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the cement industry.

• At least 1 year of training experience for BCL Trainee Engineers.

Specific Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.

• Strong analytical, data analysis, and reporting skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Commitment to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies.
