Data Entry Operator (Night Shift) – Baloch Transport Services

Department: Workshop
Location: Layyah City
Education: Intermediate / Mechanical Diploma

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise workshop staff and ensure accurate data entry.

• Monitor workshop software usage and performance.

• Track maintenance schedules and part replacements.

• Generate maintenance and performance reports regularly.

• Provide basic IT support and staff training on system usage.

• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum Intermediate; Mechanical Diploma holders preferred.

• Experience: Prior experience in workshop or transport is an advantage.

• Location: Must be a resident of Layyah District.

• Skills: Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry, email communication), reporting skills, strong communication, and team supervision abilities.
