Job Overview

Alkhidmat Islamic Microfinance is inviting applications for the position of Compliance & Credit Officer. The role involves supporting credit operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and coordinating field and customer-related activities.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institution

Experience

• 01–02 years of relevant experience

• Fresh candidates with relevant skills may also be considered

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Willingness to travel for field assignments

• Proficiency in MS Excel and systematic record-keeping

• Ability to work diligently while maintaining data confidentiality

• Strong communication skills, particularly in telephonic interactions

• Basic understanding of loan and credit processes (training will be provided)

• Prior experience in customer service, recovery, or microfinance will be considered an advantage
