Meezan Bank is seeking a Manager – Operational Excellence to join our Service Quality Department – Customer Support Group. The role involves managing operational processes, monitoring service performance, and ensuring effective coordination with vendors and branches.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Business, Finance, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
Certification in Islamic Finance is a plus.
Skills & Experience:
2–3 years of relevant experience in Banking or Financial Institutions.
Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Excellent analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage EQMS MIS for existing and new setups.
Handle incidents, complaints, and improvement projects with vendors and branches.
Maintain daily branch service performance reports and dashboards.
Coordinate system access and resolve IT and financial issues with vendors.
Follow up on daily complaints logged by branches and ensure timely resolution.
