Job Description

Meezan Bank is seeking a Manager – Operational Excellence to join our Service Quality Department – Customer Support Group. The role involves managing operational processes, monitoring service performance, and ensuring effective coordination with vendors and branches.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Business, Finance, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Certification in Islamic Finance is a plus.

Skills & Experience:

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in Banking or Financial Institutions.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

  • Excellent analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage EQMS MIS for existing and new setups.

  • Handle incidents, complaints, and improvement projects with vendors and branches.

  • Maintain daily branch service performance reports and dashboards.

  • Coordinate system access and resolve IT and financial issues with vendors.

  • Follow up on daily complaints logged by branches and ensure timely resolution.
