Telecom Foundation is seeking to hire an experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Commercial to join its Business Development Department. The role involves leading and overseeing commercial, marketing, and brand management functions across multiple business units. The position is critical in driving organizational growth through effective marketing strategies, policy formulation, compliance, sales leadership, tariff design, solar marketing initiatives, and stakeholder engagement.
Develop and implement commercial, sales, and marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives
Provide strategic leadership and direction across all commercial functions
Formulate and implement policies related to commercial operations, branding, product marketing, compliance, and pricing
Design and execute marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional initiatives
Lead creative development of promotional and branding materials including posters, flyers, and digital content
Oversee solar marketing initiatives and product promotion campaigns
Develop and manage tariff design strategies to enhance competitiveness and profitability
Supervise sales operations and ensure achievement of revenue growth targets
Build, manage, and strengthen business partnerships and external stakeholder relationships
Manage official social media platforms, ensuring consistent engagement, campaigns, and timely updates
Conduct market research, forecasting, and competitor analysis to support strategic planning
Coordinate with internal teams to align commercial, sales, and marketing activities with organizational goals
Prepare commercial proposals, promotional materials, and business presentations
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on commercial, compliance, sales, and marketing performance
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Marketing, or a related discipline
Degree must be from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience for Master’s degree holders
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience for Bachelor’s degree holders
Proven experience in commercial strategy, strategic leadership, policy formulation, compliance, marketing, sales, brand management, and product promotion
Experience in solar marketing, tariff design, business partnerships, and PPP models will be preferred
Specialized certifications in digital marketing, brand management, or energy/solar marketing will be considered an added advantage
Strong financial acumen with experience in CRM systems, procurement processes, and digital marketing platforms
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and bilingual skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability to change and strategic vision
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital marketing tools
Ability to work independently, remain proactive, and deliver results under pressure
