The Jr. Officer – Administration will support and manage administrative operations at the site, with a key focus on facility services and transport coordination. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations through effective supervision, compliance, and coordination with the Head Office.
Supervise housekeeping services across hostels and plant areas to maintain cleanliness and standards.
Oversee canteen operations, including verification of bills and validation of submitted coupons for accurate claims.
Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of hostel furniture and facilities.
Prepare daily driver duty rosters and allocate vehicles according to operational requirements.
Supervise site transport fleet operations, including vehicle utilization, documentation, and record keeping.
Manage transport-related correspondence with the Head Office through the HOD and process transport bills for payment.
Coordinate with the Head Office for renewal of vehicle registration books, route permits, and fitness certificates.
Perform any additional duties assigned by management from time to time.
Bachelor’s degree (Graduate)
1 to 2 years of relevant administrative or transport-related experience
Strong attention to detail with effective problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability to comply with and enforce Health & Safety (H&S) policies
