Jazz is looking for a Network Integration & Implementation Engineer to lead the planning, deployment, and delivery of enterprise network solutions across its services portfolio. This role focuses on end-to-end execution of managed services and system integration projects while ensuring quality, timelines, SLAs, and customer satisfaction.
The position involves close collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and enterprise customers and reports directly to the Regional Manager – Service Delivery.
Lead end-to-end deployment of internet, data, and voice services, including network design, configuration, installation, and documentation.
Design and implement Enterprise WAN, Carrier-grade WAN, and SD-WAN solutions, including routing, switching, and security architectures.
Prepare HLDs, LLDs, RFP/RFI responses, and deployment guidelines.
Manage full service delivery lifecycle for:
MPLS L2/L3 VPNs
Multi-homed Internet
SIP-based VoIP
DPLCs and Layer-2 solutions (xSTP, QinQ, LAG)
Perform onsite installation and configuration of multi-vendor CPEs (routers, switches, firewalls, APs) including Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, and Huawei.
Deliver managed services such as SD-WAN, SASE, DCN, Managed Wi-Fi, Firewall-as-a-Service, and cloud-based call center/VoIP solutions.
Support M2M/IoT-based solutions, coordinating with field teams for escalations requiring physical intervention.
Handle change management, remote provisioning, onsite support, and customer technical training.
Coordinate with OEMs and partners for solution design, delivery, and post-sales engagements.
Lead software/hardware upgrades and troubleshooting during on-call or off-business hours.
Maintain detailed project plans, lead stakeholder meetings, track progress, and report to leadership.
Act as the technical focal point during onboarding and post-deployment phases.
Conduct in-house testing of new products and services for technical viability.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
On-time and within-scope delivery of customer projects, including managed services and system integration initiatives.
Complete and updated documentation repository (project plans, network diagrams, HLDs, LLDs).
Effective coordination with internal teams, vendors, and customers through onsite visits and virtual meetings.
6–8 years of experience in service delivery, managed services, and system integration.
Strong understanding of IP networking, reporting, and data analysis.
Proven expertise in BGP, OSPF, GRE, IPSEC, SIP, Routing & Switching, QinQ, IoT, and Cloud technologies.
Hands-on experience with:
Cisco, Fortinet, Huawei enterprise network and security solutions
Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager)
Cisco (FTD/FMC, Viptela, Meraki)
Huawei iMaster NCE platform
Practical exposure to SD-WAN technologies for enterprise WAN implementation and optimization.
Strong project management skills with familiarity in PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies and tools like MS Project or Jira.
Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
Fluent in English and Urdu.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecom, Electrical, Computer), Computer Science, or IT.
