Position Purpose:
Responsible for managing and coordinating all land-related administrative, legal, and documentation activities, ensuring smooth land acquisition, accurate records, and compliance with statutory and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain up-to-date records of land affectees, acquisition payments, and compensation.
Coordinate land purchase activities with Halqa Patwari and local landowners.
Maintain accurate revenue records for purchased and acquired land.
Prepare and process land purchase documentation for the Land Purchase Committee.
Monitor pending mutation cases, provide weekly updates, and obtain finalized copies from the Revenue Department.
Assist landowners with inheritance-related matters and mutation processes.
Facilitate negotiations between landowners and HOD via Patwari and local notables.
Identify and demarcate purchased and unpurchased land, prevent encroachments, and take physical possession with revenue staff.
Manage and update Shamilat land records and resolve related issues.
Coordinate with the Labor Department on labor matters and support legal compliance.
Perform additional tasks assigned by HOD.
Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree
2–4 years of relevant experience
Specific Requirements:
Strong knowledge of land laws, revenue records, and mutation procedures
Effective negotiation and dispute-resolution skills
Willingness to work in field conditions for surveys and demarcation
Strong documentation, record-keeping, and reporting skills
Good interpersonal skills for coordination with landowners, local notables, and government officials
Compliance with HSE policies
