Packages Group is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager for its DG Khan region. The role is responsible for driving sales growth, executing trade marketing initiatives, and managing sales operations across all distribution channels while leading teams to achieve business objectives.
Achieve 100% primary and secondary sales targets across all assigned channels.
Implement and monitor trade marketing activities to enhance market presence and brand visibility.
Ensure timely ordering, supply planning, and dispatch of assigned brands.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to support informed decision-making.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Lead, motivate, and develop sales teams to deliver consistent business results.
Education: MBA / BBA / BSc (Business, Marketing, or related discipline preferred).
Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in FMCG or large corporate setups.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance in competitive markets.
Analytical mindset with strong reporting and planning skills.
