Position Summary:
As a Sales Associate, you will implement the Cycle Plan agenda, coordinate trade marketing activities, and ensure point-of-purchase (POS) controls across the Zone to drive sustainable business growth.
A Day in the Life:
Communicate and implement monthly Cycle Plan activities with the sales team.
Execute Consumer, Customer, and Trade Promotions, and follow the merchandising calendar within the region.
Maintain proper record-keeping and indexing of Zonal/Regional Point of Sale Materials (POSM).
Lead and manage sales promotion and merchandising teams, ensuring discipline, punctuality, and performance tracking.
Monitor POSM inventory and ensure timely application to minimize ageing.
Provide market intelligence and sales activation reports to RSM/HO monthly.
Train and monitor merchandising and activation teams, ensuring adherence to execution standards.
Manage promotional events including town storming, conferences, fairs, and roadshows, maintaining proper documentation.
Oversee trade asset control procedures and manage company assets such as sampling vans, gondolas, and stands.
Maintain records of cash and stock transactions during promotional activities.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and principles.
What Will Make You Successful:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
2–3 years’ experience as ASM, TSE, or SPE preferred.
Strong understanding of customers and the sales process.
Ability to motivate and develop teams.
In-depth knowledge of channels, merchandising processes, and category/channel planning.
Working knowledge of Nestlé Management & Leadership Principles.
Awareness of market trends, shopper behavior, and core business processes.
