Job Purpose:
Drive manufacturing operations to achieve shift targets for volume, cost, safety, quality, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage making & packing operations to meet shift targets in volume, quality, output reliability, cost, and safety.

• Receive and manage chemical and packaging materials.

• Organize and supervise labor (operators, technicians, and contract staff) efficiently.

• Monitor material consumption and yield; minimize waste and variance.

• Supervise stock counts, Fourth Shift transactions, and accurate record keeping.

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards; enforce proper PPE usage.

• Drive autonomous maintenance and support TPM, HACCP, and audit recommendations.

• Identify skill gaps and organize training programs.

• Continuously improve operations by suggesting process enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Sciences (BSc.)

• Minimum 2 years’ production floor experience, preferably in FMCG

• Knowledge of supply chain operations, planning & SAP

• Experience managing shop floor safety, health, and environment
