HBL Asset Management Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager / Senior Manager – Corporate Sales to strengthen its corporate business portfolio. The role involves developing and managing corporate relationships, presenting tailored investment and asset management solutions, and successfully closing high-value business deals.
Identify and develop new corporate sales opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, area mapping, and outdoor sales activities.
Build, maintain, and manage a comprehensive corporate client database with full ownership of lead generation and deal closure.
Prepare impactful sales pitches, proposals, and presentations based on independent market research and industry analysis.
Conduct meetings with prospective corporate clients to understand their financial needs and offer customized asset management solutions.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new corporate clients while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Recommend relevant investment products and services to expand business with corporate and institutional clients.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and improvement areas.
Perform additional assignments as required by management.
Proven ability to manage and grow corporate sales portfolios to maximize revenue and profitability.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
Strong track record in proactive corporate sales with demonstrated success in closing institutional or corporate deals.
Self-driven professional with outstanding customer service and relationship management skills.
Strong selling, analytical, and strategic business acumen.
Solid understanding of asset management, investment products, or corporate banking solutions.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized or reputable university (CMFD preferred).
7–10 years of relevant experience in asset management, banking, or financial services, preferably with corporate or institutional clients.
