About the Role:

As the Head of B2B Sales & Services – Central, you will lead and inspire Telenor’s B2B sales and services teams to drive growth, retain clients, and expand our enterprise footprint. You will maintain regional P&L, implement strategic initiatives, and ensure customer satisfaction across all business segments including SME, large corporates, and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive regional revenue and sales growth by developing and executing strategies for GSM, Enterprise Solutions, Devices, and A2P portfolios.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate sales and services teams to achieve targets, enhance engagement, and prevent churn.

  • Build strong relationships with top-tier clients and C-level executives.

  • Oversee enterprise projects, new acquisitions, upselling, cross-selling, and portfolio management.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business objectives and deliver maximum value.

  • Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and ensure data-driven decision-making.

  • Advocate Telenor’s values, fostering a high-performance, innovative, and collaborative culture.

Your Typical Day:

  • Visiting and managing new and existing B2B clients, closing deals, and ensuring retention.

  • Driving enterprise solutions, IoT, devices, and government sector strategies in the region.

  • Resolving network or coverage issues, ensuring seamless operations.

  • Reporting regional performance and supporting product development for enterprise solutions.

  • Coaching teams, ensuring succession planning, and promoting employee engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: Minimum Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant discipline
Experience: 5–7 years in a relevant senior B2B sales role

  • Strong leadership, team motivation, and coaching abilities

  • Strategic planning, business acumen, and decision-making

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills
