Cloud Business Analyst – Jazz Pakistan

Grade: L1 

About the Role

Jazz is looking for a Cloud Business Analyst to drive data-backed decision-making across our cloud platform, GTM, and commercial operations. You will turn data into insights, helping leadership and functional teams track performance, uncover opportunities, and enhance execution.

This is an entry-to-early career role, ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in cloud business models, monetization, and enterprise technology markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Performance Analysis

• Collect, clean, and analyze data on revenue, pipeline, consumption, pricing, and customer segments.

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance trackers for leadership teams.

• Monitor KPIs such as MRR, ARR, churn, utilization, and margins.

• Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with structured insights.

2. Market & Competitive Research

• Conduct competitor analysis, pricing research, and market trend studies.

• Assist in TAM / SAM / SOM analysis and opportunity sizing.

• Create structured briefs and presentations with customer and market insights.

• Track regulatory or industry developments affecting cloud and data hosting.

3. Process & Documentation

• Document business processes, workflows, and operating models.

• Standardize templates for reports, presentations, and analysis.

• Help define and track KPIs across teams.

• Ensure data accuracy and version control across shared artifacts.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills

• 0–2 years in business analysis, analytics, consulting, or related fields.

• Exposure to cloud, telecom, IT services, or SaaS.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, basic modeling).

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools is a plus.

• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Business & Communication Skills

• Understanding of business metrics and financial concepts.

• Strong written and verbal communication.

• Ability to craft clear, structured presentations for senior stakeholders.

• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.

Mindset & Work Ethic

• Curious, structured, and eager to learn.

• Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong ownership of tasks and deadlines.

• Willingness to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, presales, finance, and platform teams.
