Specialist Corporate Affairs – Jazz Pakistan

Grade Level: L1 (Contractual)
Contract Duration: 1 Year

The Specialist Corporate Affairs role is responsible for managing government relations, regulatory coordination, and stakeholder engagement at the regional and headquarters level. The position reports directly to the Head of Corporate Affairs – North & HQ and oversees 3 direct reports, with coordination across an extended team of 22 members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve government-related policy matters impacting Jazz.

• Obtain No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from relevant government departments.

• Act as the primary point of contact for all government-related matters and issue resolution.

• Implement and manage the stakeholder engagement matrix.

• Engage with policy advisors, influencers, and government functionaries.

• Coordinate with PTA on regulatory matters at the regional level.

• Assist PTA in conducting Quality of Service (QoS) surveys and handling enforcement matters.

• Liaise with PTA, FAB, NRTC, and technical departments to ensure swift resolution of external interference issues.

Key Deliverables

• Develop, update, and maintain the stakeholder management matrix.

• Maintain and compile Corporate Regulatory Affairs (CRA) records.

• Ensure weekly documentation of activities and progress tracking through a logbook.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in:

  • Business Administration

  • Public Administration

  • Economics

  • or a related discipline

Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work with regulatory authorities and government bodies
