The Territory Sales Supervisor (TSS) is part of the Regional Operating Model led by the Regional Business Head. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, the TSS manages one (sometimes two) franchise(s), working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve regional sales targets and drive growth in JazzCash, Postpaid Sales, and Franchise/Retail Business Development.
Understand Jazz values, business, products, and market dynamics.
Conduct daily market visits for spot checks and retail audits.
Manage assigned franchise(s), ensuring proper reporting and follow-up.
Build strong relationships with franchise staff and retail network.
Develop the retail & distribution network, focusing on KPIs like:
JazzCash activations (DR, Cash-In & M-Wallet)
Recharge (Jazz Load & Scratch Cards)
Postpaid & Prepaid sales
MBB devices and handsets
Active retail base
Plan and execute BTL activities with retailers.
Optimize trade marketing and improve channel footprint.
Ensure territory integrity and manage infringement control.
Motivate and counsel stakeholders on profitability and performance.
Continuously propose new ideas to enhance team performance and KPIs.
Proven experience in sales management and channel development.
Ability to deliver challenging projects from planning to rollout.
Capable of working independently and remotely while meeting KPI targets.
Skilled in driving penetration of sales channels and overall business growth.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
