The In Store Manager is the front-line leader for managing customer and trade accounts. You will ensure efficient distribution, excellent customer operations, and delivery of sales and key performance targets.
This role is perfect for those looking to gain deep insights into FMCG sales, drive meaningful change, and contribute to Unilever’s purposeful growth and digital transformation initiatives.
Drive business growth through volume and sales targets.
Enhance competitive visibility in stores.
Coordinate distributor/customer operational plans and ensure execution.
Negotiate joint business planning with customers.
Analyze financial metrics, including customer profitability and gross margin.
Lead and develop a team of Field Market Managers (FMMs).
Monitor and uphold business KPIs.
Conduct post-execution analysis to improve processes and strategies.
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
1–4 years of relevant FMCG sales experience preferred.
Strong business and financial acumen.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
Active market presence and on-field engagement.
Strategic thinker with execution capability.
Up-to-date with market and competitor insights.
Demonstrates accountability, responsibility, and action-oriented mindset.
