As a Territory Manager, you will lead distributor and trade operations within your territory to ensure efficient distribution, sales growth, and achievement of KPIs. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain in-depth FMCG sales experience while driving meaningful change through Unilever’s growth and digital transformation strategies.
Achieve sales and volume growth targets in your territory.
Enhance competitive visibility in retail stores.
Coordinate operational plans and execution with distributors/customers.
Negotiate and implement Joint Business Plans with customers.
Plan and optimize DSR routes using eRTM tools.
Support digital transformation initiatives in your territory.
Monitor business profitability and gross margins.
Lead, motivate, and develop your extended team.
Track KPIs and continuously analyze post-execution results.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required.
1–4 years of FMCG sales experience preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong business and financial acumen.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
Active presence in the market (“feet on street”).
Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities.
Up-to-date with competitor insights.
Accountability, responsibility, and bias for action.
