Qualification Required:

• MBA (HRM) / MS (HRM) / MS (HR)

• International certifications in HR/OD will be an added advantage

Experience Required:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Organizational Development

Key Responsibilities / Job Expectations:

• Implement and manage KPI-based Performance Management Systems

• Develop and update HR policies and procedures

• Design and execute Learning & Development initiatives

• Drive Employee Engagement activities

• Work on organization structures and manpower planning

Selection Criteria:

• Strong academic background in HR/OD

• Proven experience in organizational development and HR strategy execution

• Familiarity with modern HR practices and performance management
