The Assistant Manager Talent is responsible for driving recruitment, learning, leadership development, and talent management initiatives at the factory level. The role ensures effective execution of the Education & Training (E&T) Master Plan, supports succession and performance management processes, and builds a strong internal talent pipeline to deliver sustainable business results.
This position plays a key role in shaping a high-performance, inclusive, and empowered culture aligned with Nestlé’s people strategies and leadership principles.
Align and execute People Strategies to support short- and long-term business objectives while enhancing employee contribution and engagement.
Drive Nestlé initiatives including Leadership Principles, Organizational Alignment, and Organizational Development programs.
Act as a catalyst for HR initiatives at site level in collaboration with the Corporate Talent Team.
Coach and support line managers on core people and performance management processes.
Lead performance management, talent identification, and succession planning initiatives.
Design and deliver training, coaching, and leadership development programs across functional units.
Conduct competency assessments to ensure effective learning methodologies and capability development.
Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring robust Talent Acquisition processes and a strong employer brand presence.
Enhance candidate experience and build a strong talent pipeline through diverse sourcing channels.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or Organizational Psychology) from an HEC-recognized institution.
3–5 years of relevant experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or HR Business Partnering.
Strong ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and proactively respond to market dynamics.
Proven capability to engage employees through meaningful career conversations highlighting values, culture, growth opportunities, and benefits.
Experience working in matrix-structured organizations with multiple business units or categories.
Prior experience in the FMCG sector will be an added advantage.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and strong relationships with line managers, HR teams, and external partners.
