Minimum 1 year of relevant post-qualification experience in recruitment or HR operations
The HR Assistant (Recruitment) will support end-to-end recruitment and core HR operations, ensuring accurate record management, smooth onboarding, and effective coordination across HR functions. The role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Assist in preparing HR reports and analyzing workforce data
Support recruitment activities by sourcing candidates through job portals and internal databases
Screen CVs, coordinate shortlisting, and schedule interviews
Assist in organizing and conducting new employee orientation and onboarding sessions
Ensure completion, verification, and proper filing of onboarding documentation
Maintain and manage personnel files while ensuring confidentiality of HR records
Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, and other HR-related documentation
Assist in tracking employee attendance, leave records, and benefits administration
Support HR compliance activities, policy updates, and internal/external audits
Perform any other HR-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Strong organizational and record management skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications
Understanding of recruitment processes and HR policies
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
