HSE Specialist – Stylo

Stylo is seeking a qualified HSE Specialist to ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant workplace. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and maintain robust Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) systems in line with national and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage HSE systems in compliance with OSHA, ISO 45001, NEBOSH, and local regulations.

• Conduct risk assessments and Job Safety Analyses (JSA) to identify hazards and recommend corrective measures.

• Lead safety training sessions, drills, and awareness programs to strengthen employee engagement and compliance.

• Investigate incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions; perform root cause analyses and ensure corrective actions.

• Monitor waste management, air quality, and water usage to ensure ISO 14001 compliance and support sustainability initiatives.

• Conduct site inspections and audits, prepare performance reports, and track HSE KPIs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE best practices into daily operations and projects.

• Support management in certifications, audit preparations, and continuous HSE improvement.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor’s in Environmental Sciences.

• NEBOSH Level 6 & OTHM Level 5 certifications.

• 4–6 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in the retail or warehouse sector.
