Grade: Grade 3
As Manager Sales & Distribution, you will lead and manage a team of Area Sales Heads to achieve sales targets across GSM, Financial Services (FS), and Internet & Devices through indirect sales channels. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, improving market share, strengthening distribution networks, and developing high-performing teams within the assigned zone.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets within the designated zone
Strengthen and optimize franchise and distribution management
Ensure achievement of key distribution KPIs
Drive business growth through increased market share in GSM and FS
Build, develop, and motivate high-performing sales teams
Analyze KPIs and performance trends for GSM and FS on a regular basis
Manage franchise profitability, area assignments, and territory optimization
Ensure effective utilization of trade marketing budgets
Lead initiatives to improve sales quality and execution
Expand channel footprint and improve KPIs such as minimum balance and retailer servicing
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales & Distribution Planning and Network teams
Motivate, coach, and enable team members to drive consistent performance
Maintain effective communication to clearly explain objectives and expectations
Ensure territory integrity and control infringements
Conduct back-checks on Area Sales Heads’ market visits to ensure strong retail and franchise engagement

Education:
Master’s degree from a reputable institution
Experience:
Proven experience in Sales & Distribution
Strong people and team management background
Skills & Competencies:
Ability to perform effectively under pressure

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Solid analytical skills and business acumen
