The Banking Services Manager is responsible for overseeing branch operations, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements, and fostering a customer-focused environment. You will lead branch staff, manage financial and non-financial transactions, handle customer concerns, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth banking operations.
Lead and supervise branch operations staff, promoting teamwork and accountability.
Support the Branch Manager in achieving operational and customer service targets.
Ensure strict adherence to the Bank’s SOPs, SBP regulations, and internal controls.
Maintain a secure and efficient cash management process, including vault and cash book balancing.
Supervise account opening procedures and related banking operations.
Authorize financial and non-financial transactions, ensuring no transaction is left unapproved.
Address customer complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Conduct regular audits, comply with Internal/External/SBP inspection requirements, and implement recommendations.
Oversee HR and administrative tasks for branch staff, including training, punctuality, and performance monitoring.
Ensure proper record-keeping for security items such as PDCs, gold, passbooks, and ATM codes.
Maintain inter-departmental coordination to optimize operational efficiency.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Commerce (MBA preferred, subject to approval).
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in banking operations or branch management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of financial regulations, banking operations, and risk management.
