Qualification Required:

• MBA (HRM)

• MS (HRM) / MS (HR)

• International HR certifications will be an added advantage

Experience Required:

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain CV databank for routine applications and positions advertised

• Prepare interview profiles for shortlisted candidates

• Issue employment contracts to selected candidates

• Draft board proceedings for routine hiring processes

• Ensure proper file management and daily record keeping

Selection Criteria:

• Relevant HR qualification (MBA/MS HRM)

• Proven recruitment experience

• Strong organizational and documentation skills
