Prepare interview profiles for shortlisted candidates
Issue employment contracts to selected candidates
Draft board proceedings for routine hiring processes
Ensure proper file management and daily record keeping
Selection Criteria:
Relevant HR qualification (MBA/MS HRM)
Proven recruitment experience
Strong organizational and documentation skills
