The Assistant Manager – Organizational Development will support the design, development, and implementation of Organization Development (OD) initiatives across Zong 4G. The role focuses on Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, and Culture Transformation programs. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen organizational capability, enhance performance, and support strategic workforce development.
End-to-end ownership of Talent Management programs, including framework design, talent identification, execution, engagement, and monitoring.
Design and manage leadership development, sales capability, digital talent, coaching, and mentoring programs.
Develop and implement succession planning frameworks for business-critical roles, including successor identification and long-term development interventions.
Build and maintain a comprehensive skills and knowledge database to leverage organizational talent and best practices.
Conduct research and analysis on employee skill development, career progression, and talent pipelines.
Identify and develop digital knowledge areas (e.g., IoT, Cloud Computing, 5G) and manage Digital Talent & Trainee programs, including performance evaluations.
Manage end-to-end quarterly and annual performance management cycles, ensuring system readiness and timely appraisal closures.
Conduct detailed performance analysis and generate insights and reports for management decision-making.
Design and execute Performance Improvement Programs (PIP) for emerging talent and recognize high performers.
Manage performance-related surveys including annual reviews and employee satisfaction surveys.
Continuously review and enhance performance management policies to support a high-performance culture.
Own HR KPIs: develop, track, analyze, and report KPIs in alignment with organizational goals and coordinate reporting with Finance.
Support Learning & Development initiatives by delivering training sessions aligned with the approved Learnovate plan.
Strengthen organizational culture by embedding core values and behaviors across the organization.
Design and execute employee engagement and culture intervention programs.
Collect, analyze, and act upon employee feedback to improve engagement and cultural alignment.
Collaborate with Strategy and cross-functional teams on HR process optimization, risk management, and audit observations.
Prepare HR-OD dashboards, monthly/quarterly reviews, and management presentations.
Develop internal HR-OD communications and periodic HR reports.
Process employee educational assistance in line with policy.
Ensure HR policies are updated and available on intranet systems.
Perform additional projects and tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources)
4–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Talent Management and Performance Management
Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
Creative mindset with the ability to challenge conventional approaches
Strong facilitation, workshop, and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Design and implementation of HR and OD frameworks
Conduct focus groups, deliver training sessions, and develop learning materials
Hands-on experience with LMS, PMS, mobile learning tools, and digital learning platforms
Strong research and analytical skills for training design and talent assessments
Data-driven reporting and decision-influencing communication
Strong project management experience, including organization-wide initiatives
Familiarity with OKRs and performance measurement tools
Ability to interpret HR policies, targets, and performance results
