Job Overview

PREPL (a company of Packages Group) is seeking a proactive and experienced Deputy Manager – Security to oversee security operations, manage security personnel, and ensure the safety of company assets, employees, and facilities. The role requires strong leadership, surveillance expertise, and incident management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of security officers, CCTV operators, and security staff.
Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
Monitor CCTV systems and surveillance operations; respond to threats in real time.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of security equipment, alarms, and access control systems.
Investigate security incidents, breaches, and violations; prepare detailed reports and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments and external law enforcement agencies when required.
Ensure compliance with company security standards and legal requirements.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Security Management, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in security operations, surveillance systems, and access control management.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and crisis management skills.
Ability to prepare clear incident reports and security documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Professional certifications in Security Management, Law Enforcement, or Military Training will be an added advantage.
Experience in corporate, industrial, or large-scale facility security environments.
