Senior Agronomist – South Punjab – Jadeed Group of Companies

Position Overview:
Jadeed Group is seeking an experienced Senior Agronomist to lead the agronomic operations across our production sites in South Punjab. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in perennial and high-value chain crops, with a strong focus on crop production planning, field inspections, and yield optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production sites, ensuring all crop activities align with the crop production plan.

• Regularly visit sites and conduct field inspections to assess crop health and recommend corrective measures.

• Plan and implement agronomic programs for perennial and high-value chain crops.

• Analyze soil, water, and plant tissue reports to design balanced fertilizer programs.

• Develop crop-based irrigation schedules under the HEIS model.

• Contribute to the preparation of crop production plans and SOPs.

• Maintain and analyze yield reports for all activities.

• Lead and coordinate a diverse agronomy team across sites.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Soil Sciences, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• 8–10 years of experience in perennial crop production within a corporate environment, preferably as Head of Department.

• Advanced crop diagnostic skills and familiarity with modern machinery used in perennial and high-value crops.
