Job Overview

Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan is seeking a qualified and experienced Site Supervisor for its construction projects in Mian Channu. The role involves on-site supervision, quality control, safety compliance, and coordination with construction teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• BTech (Civil)

• DAE (Civil)

Experience:

• Minimum 05 years of relevant construction site supervision experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities with a strong focus on building finishing works.

• Ensure proper use of construction tools, materials, and adherence to approved safety standards.

• Coordinate and guide site staff, labor teams, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.

• Educate workers on construction safety regulations, emergency procedures, and accident prevention protocols.

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential safety risks.

• Review and analyze drawings and blueprints to ensure compliance with design, quality, safety, and budget requirements.

• Maintain site discipline, progress reporting, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
