Assistant Officer – Refinery (Edible Oil) – Jadeed Group of Companies

Position Overview

Jadeed Group is seeking a motivated and technically sound Assistant Officer – Refinery (Edible Oil) for its Oil Mill in Khanewal. The role involves supporting refinery operations and ensuring efficient execution of edible oil refining processes in line with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor edible oil refining processes, including Degumming, Neutralization, Bleaching, and Deodorization.

• Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot process deviations to ensure smooth plant operations.

• Analyze process and operational data to recommend and implement corrective actions.

• Assist in maintaining optimal product quality and production efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.

• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and losses.

Qualification & Skills

• B.E / B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering OR DAE / Diploma in Chemical Technology from a recognized institution.

• Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in physical and chemical refining of edible oil.

• Strong understanding of refinery operations and process controls.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet operational deadlines.

• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
