Job Overview

National Technology Limited (NTL) is seeking a qualified and motivated Assistant Director (.NET Developer) to join its technical team on a contractual basis. The role involves development, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise-level web and desktop applications using modern .NET technologies.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Computer Science or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university

• Master’s degree in a relevant field will be considered an added advantage

Professional Experience

• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in web application development

• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot framework

• Strong proficiency in:

  • C#, JavaScript

  • .NET Core 6 or higher

  • ASP.NET MVC

  • jQuery

  • RESTful Web APIs

  • Entity Framework

  • Windows Forms Applications

• Experience in integrating JavaScript libraries within web applications

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap

• Experience in integration of devices with Windows-based applications, particularly biometric devices

• Strong command of relational databases such as MSSQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL

• Proficiency in source control tools (e.g., Git)

• Experience with microservices architecture

Skills & Competencies

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to multitask and work in a self-paced environment

• Capable of working independently as well as within a team

Terms & Conditions

1. Initial contract duration will be 3 years, extendable based on performance and organizational needs

2. A 6-month probation period will apply

3. Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning a reason

6. 5 years’ age relaxation is already included in the age limit

7. Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates

8. Candidates employed in Government/Semi-Government organizations must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of application

9. No TA/DA will be admissible

10. HEC-attested degrees must be presented at the time of interview (foreign degree holders must submit equivalency)
