Job Purpose
As a Territory Manager, you will lead distributor and trade operations in your territory to ensure efficient distribution, achieve sales targets, and deliver key performance indicators. This role provides hands-on exposure to FMCG sales, strategy execution, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive volume and sales growth in your territory.

  • Enhance competitive visibility in stores.

  • Plan and coordinate distributor and customer operations.

  • Negotiate joint business plans with customers.

  • Optimize DSR routes and support eRTM initiatives.

  • Monitor business profitability and financial metrics.

  • Lead, develop, and motivate an extended team.

  • Analyze post-execution results to drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 1–4 years of sales experience in FMCG is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong business and financial acumen.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and execution skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power BI.

  • Active field presence and market awareness.

  • Strategic mindset with ability to deliver results.

  • Accountable, responsible, and action-oriented.
