Job Overview:
Alkhidmat Foundation is seeking a highly skilled Manager Audit to lead and oversee internal audit functions within our Health Services division. This role ensures compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and health sector regulations, while promoting transparency, accountability, and effective risk management.
Qualifications:
CA Inter / ACCA or MBA (Finance)
Experience:
5–7 years of relevant audit experience, preferably in non-profit or health services sector
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute internal audits to evaluate financial, operational, and compliance controls.
Recommend improvements to strengthen internal processes and controls.
Ensure transparency, accountability, and risk management in health services operations.
Collaborate with program, finance, procurement, and operations teams to enhance internal controls.
Prepare, present, and follow up on audit reports, ensuring timely corrective actions.
Liaise with external auditors, donors, and regulatory authorities as needed.
Monitor audit observations and ensure implementation of recommendations.
Lead and mentor the audit team to deliver high-quality audit outcomes on time.
