Jazz is looking for a dynamic and analytical Expert Sales Planning professional to support strategic sales initiatives and drive business growth. This role focuses on planning, execution, performance monitoring, and data-driven insights across sales channels. The position reports directly to the Sales Planning Manager and plays a critical role in aligning regional sales strategies with organizational goals.
Lead strategic planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of new and existing sales projects, initiatives, and KPIs
Develop and maintain periodic sales performance reports and dashboards for all sales channels
Collaborate closely with regional teams to enhance retail capability, advocacy, and product penetration
Assign sales targets to sub-regions and ensure achievement of growth objectives
Identify potential business challenges, assess impact, and recommend actionable solutions
Ensure regular retail audits across the retail agent network
Design and implement sales growth strategies in coordination with regional management
Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support management decision-making
Lead weekly and monthly performance review meetings with regional teams
Conduct monthly market visits to assess execution and performance
Support network rollout planning, site relocation, and 4G upgrade initiatives
Develop strategies for low-revenue sites and perform geo-marketing analysis
Evaluate performance of Location-Based Offers (LBOs) and recommend monetization, laddering, and new offer strategies
Track subscriber base performance and develop strategies to increase bundle penetration in recharges
Strong business acumen and commercial understanding
Excellent data interpretation and quantitative analysis skills
Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Effective presentation and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding business environment
Proven capability to bring strategic focus to sales organizations
Education: Preferably MBA, MCS, BBA, or BCS
Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in Telecom, FMCG, Tobacco, or Startups, preferably in:

BI & Analytics
Product Planning
Trade Marketing or Brand Management with P&L responsibility
