Job Purpose:
Zong4G is seeking a Sr. Officer for NOC Data Analytics & Reporting to manage access to critical data sources, generate actionable insights, and support operational and customer experience (CX) needs. This role focuses on:

• Providing key operational metrics and calculations to stakeholders

• Developing scalable dashboards and reports for effective communication of metrics and insights

• Operationalizing the creation and delivery of standard and custom reports

The ideal candidate will have strong reporting skills, knowledge of the Customer Complaints Lifecycle, Network Operations experience, and the ability to analyze trends, develop KPIs, and provide actionable insights in collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate complaints and network KPIs data

• Generate, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards reflecting customer complaints and network trends

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly evaluations and share insights with stakeholders

• Synthesize data from complaints, network sources, internal teams, and management feedback

• Research, develop, and implement effective data-gathering methods

• Manage data pipelines and support issue resolution

• Clearly communicate implications of data models and insights

• Collaborate with management and stakeholders to define, track, and measure KPIs/KQIs/SLAs/SLMs

• Conduct analyses on daily, weekly, and monthly data, identifying trends and suggesting solutions

• Work closely with teams and stakeholders to implement operational improvements

• Create and maintain training and reference materials

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

• Experience working with large and complex datasets

• Proven ability to build impactful dashboards and visualizations that drive business decisions

Work Experience:

• 1–2 years in data analytics, reporting, or operational data management

Generic Skills:

• Experience gathering user requirements and documenting specifications
