Alkhidmat Foundation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager – Education to lead and manage multi-faceted education initiatives aimed at sustainable community impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multi-component education programs, including scholarships, child protection, and learning initiatives.

  • Oversee the entire program cycle, from planning and implementation to monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.

  • Ensure effective budget planning, monitoring, and fund utilization in line with donor and organizational guidelines.

  • Coordinate closely with internal teams, regional offices, partners, and external stakeholders.

  • Prepare high-quality narrative and quantitative reports for senior management and donors.

  • Ensure compliance with child protection, safeguarding standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Supervise program teams and provide leadership to ensure timely and quality deliverables.

  • Conduct regular field visits for program monitoring, verification, and impact assessment.

  • Maintain accurate program data using MIS/ERP systems and data management tools.


Qualification & Experience

  • Education: Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or Project Management

  • Experience: 06 – 08 years of relevant experience in education or development sector programs

  • Strong understanding of program management frameworks and compliance standards

  • Proficiency in MS Office, MIS/ERP, and reporting tools

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams effectively
