Job Description:

National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) is seeking a skilled Flutter Mobile Application Developer to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in building high-quality mobile applications, applying best practices in app architecture, and deploying apps on major platforms.


Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (4 years) from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.


Professional Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in Flutter mobile app development.

  • Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter framework, including widgets, layouts, and architecture.

  • Experience with large-scale apps, data entry modules, and state management using Bloc/Riverpod.

  • Knowledge of MVVM pattern, mobile app design principles, and UI/UX guidelines.

  • Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git), continuous integration/delivery, and IDEs like Android Studio, VS Code, Xcode.

  • Prior experience in Native Android/iOS development is desirable.

  • Must have at least 3 Flutter apps deployed on Google Play & App Store.

  • Experience with third-party SDK integration, dependency injection, service locator techniques, and app flavoring.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.


Terms & Conditions:

  1. Initial contract for 3 years, with a 6-month probation.

  2. Management reserves the right to accept/reject applications without reason.

  3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.

  4. False information will lead to disqualification.

  5. Age relaxation of 5 years is included in the above limit.

  6. Medical Fitness and Character Certificates are required.

  7. Government/Semi-Government employees must provide No Objection Certificate (NOC).

  8. No TA/DA will be provided.

  9. HEC attested degrees (and equivalency for foreign degrees) must be provided at the interview.

  10. Females, Minorities, Transgender, and Differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.

  11. Electronic gadgets (phones, smart watches, etc.) are not allowed during the test/interview.
