This role involves overseeing corporate brand governance, seasonal campaigns, retail marketing, in-store brand execution, and consumer insights, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborating closely with Retail Operations, Supply Chain, and Senior Leadership, the incumbent will convert commercial goals into impactful marketing campaigns, manage agency partnerships, optimize marketing budgets, and maintain consistent brand presence and positioning across all stores nationwide.
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strategic leadership in corporate branding and retail marketing for multi-store operations.
Strong commercial acumen to drive footfall, sales, and brand equity.
Proven expertise in managing agencies, marketing budgets, and national campaigns.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
10–12 years of progressive marketing experience within footwear, fashion, or large-scale retail.
3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
