As an Area Manager (Push), you will be responsible for driving customer development initiatives, strengthening distributor partnerships, and expanding free trade reach to deliver sustainable growth across strategic categories.
Deploy sales activity plans with key operators using available company sales tools.
Lead negotiations with potential operators in line with company policies and budgets.
Monitor operator performance and compliance, taking corrective actions where required.
Secure annual agreements with customers for strategic product categories.
Maintain regular and effective engagement with key customer stakeholders as per the contact matrix.
Conduct frequent kitchen demonstrations to generate incremental business opportunities.
Develop and execute joint business plans with assigned distributors aligned with company objectives.
Set clear performance expectations for distributor sales teams to drive growth in strategic categories while maintaining profitability.
Execute free trade plans to enhance market reach and penetration within designated distributor networks.
Achieve incremental reach and penetration targets.
Deliver value and volume growth objectives.
Optimize trade spend versus previous year benchmarks.
Ensure effective deployment of customer business plans.
Minimum 4 years of FMCG experience (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree; Business-related discipline is an advantage.
At least 2 years of experience managing distributors and developing Route-to-Market (RTM) models.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to build win-win business solutions.
Proficiency in English and Urdu.
